To ensure responsible sales, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from S. Fletcher Flames. We implement strict ID verification procedures prior to order fulfillment to confirm your age. Any order placed by an individual under 21 years of age will be canceled.

Sales policy and order cancellations

Please note that all sales made through S. Fletcher Flames are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellations requested after this 2-hour window will not be accommodated.
